Yes, we are taking all necessary safety precautions during the pandemic. Our meals are completely hygienic, safe, and fully cooked. However, we recommend wiping and cleaning of the package upon arrival.

We follow the guidance from public health authorities worldwide, including new recommendations for our customers. We have also partnered with the centers for disaster control and presentation to protect our community further.
How does the delivery work?
Place your order and we'll deliver your freshly prepared meals every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday right to your doorstep for FREE. Your driver will text you 30 minutes prior to arrival.
How can I track my order?
Your driver will text you 30 minutes prior to the delivery. We are working on an app where you can track your package in real time.
Can I pick up my order directly from you?
Not yet. However, we are working on a system to bring you multiple pickup locations throughout the Tri-State area.
What should I do if my delivery is missing or something goes wrong?
Simply contact us and let us know about the issue and our team will do our best to solve the problem.
For how long can I store the meals?
You can store your meal after receiving for up to 3-5 days in the refrigerator and up to 30 days in the freezer. Although we recommend to consume your meals within 3 days.
How to warm up my meals?
Simply remove the lid and heat your meal container in the microwave for 2-3 minutes on medium power.
Do you provide meal macros?
Not at this time, but we are planning to do so.
If I find something wrong with the ordered meal, what should I do?
Simply contact us and let us know about the issue and our team will do our best to solve the problem.
Can I cancel or pause my order?
You can only cancel your order up to 24 hours after it is placed.
